Oregon Revised Statutes Public Facilities, Contracting and Insurance § 276.210

When used in ORS 276.210 to 276.228, unless the context requires otherwise, “public buildings and grounds” means the works, buildings and grounds owned by, and situated in, this state and governed, managed or administered by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services and the other state buildings owned by the state and used by any of the departments of the state.
