Oregon Revised Statutes Public Facilities, Contracting and Insurance § 276.137

On repayment of all moneys loaned by investing funds to acquire a building under ORS 276.013, 276.015 and 276.110 to 276.137, title to such building shall vest automatically in the Oregon Department of Administrative Services in the name of the State of Oregon.
