Oregon Revised Statutes Public Facilities, Contracting and Insurance § 276.015

For the purposes of ORS 276.002 to 276.007 and 276.010 to 276.137, the State Treasurer, with the approval of the investing agency, as defined in ORS 276.110, may invest not to exceed seven percent of the moneys in any appropriate fund included in the investment funds, as defined in ORS 293.701, on such terms and conditions as the State Treasurer, the investing agency and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services determine.
