Oregon Revised Statutes Public Lands § 273.591

The Natural Areas Program Account is established within the General Fund of the State Treasury. All moneys received by the State Parks and Recreation Department for the purposes of ORS 273.563 to 273.591 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the account. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated for the use of the department in carrying out the provisions of ORS 273.563 to 273.591.
