Oregon Revised Statutes Public Officers and Employees § 237.950

The Public Employees Retirement System of the State of Oregon, established by chapter 401, Oregon Laws 1945, as amended, hereby is abolished, subject to the provisions of ORS 237.950 to 237.980.
