Oregon Revised Statutes Public Officers and Employees § 237.515

Contributions required by ORS 237.410 to 237.515 to be placed in the Social Security Revolving Account and thereafter remitted to the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States shall not be included in the biennial budget of the Public Employees Retirement Board as income or expenses of such board.
