Oregon Revised Statutes Cities § 222.575

The agreements referred to in ORS 222.530 (5), 222.540 (4) and 222.560 (4) may be entered into between the city and a district prior to and contingent upon the withdrawal of the annexed or incorporated area from the district under the provisions of ORS 222.524, or they may be made after such withdrawal.
