Oregon Revised Statutes Procedure in Civil Proceedings § 25.110

(1) Upon receipt of such certified copies referred to in ORS 25.100, the circuit court of the county to which such certified copies have been transmitted shall have jurisdiction to compel compliance with such order or judgment the same as if it were the court which made and entered the original order or judgment for the payment of support. The only court having jurisdiction to modify any provision of the original order or judgment is the court having original jurisdiction of the cause in which such order or judgment was entered or the circuit court of the county in which either party resides if that court has received the certified copies referred to in ORS 25.100.

(2) The provisions of ORS 25.100 (2) to (4) shall apply to this section.
