Unless otherwise provided, a general judgment of dismissal of a judicial proceeding under ORS chapter 107, 108 or 109 for want of prosecution under ORCP 54 B(3) does not dismiss an administrative support order that was entered under ORS 416.400 to 416.465 before the date of the dismissal where the parental parties involved in the judicial proceeding are the same as those affected by the administrative order of support.
