Oregon Revised Statutes Procedure in Civil Proceedings § 19.390

A bill of exceptions is not required. For the purposes of section 3, Article VII (Amended) of the Oregon Constitution, the transcript, as defined in ORS 19.005, is the bill of exceptions.
