Oregon Revised Statutes Miscellaneous Matters Related to Government and Public Affairs § 190.130

The authority granted by ORS 190.125 is in addition to any other authority and powers possessed by units of local government established to deliver water and does not increase or expand the authority or the powers of such units of local government relating to water rights or water use under other state laws.
