Oregon Revised Statutes Procedure in Criminal Matters Generally § 147.145

If the applicant disagrees with the order entered under ORS 147.135, the applicant may request review by the Department of Justice. The department shall reconsider any order for which a request for review is received. The department shall notify the applicant of its decision on review within 30 days of the department's receipt of the request for review.
