The Governor of Oregon may enter into agreements or compacts with the Governor of any or all the States of Washington, Idaho, California and Nevada, each acting on behalf of the own state of the Governor, in order to effectuate cooperative effort and mutual assistance in the prevention of crime in those states and in the enforcement of their respective criminal laws and policies.
