Oregon Revised Statutes Probate Law § 111.218

(1) When proof of mailing, or other delivery of notice or other documents, is required to be filed in probate court, proof shall be made in the form required by ORCP 9 C.

(2) When proof of publication is required to be filed in probate court, proof shall be made in the form required by ORCP 7 F.
