Except as otherwise provided in ORS 25.020, the final four digits of the Social Security number of a parent who is subject to a paternity determination pursuant to ORS 109.070 (1)(d), (e), (f) or (g) or 416.400 to 416.465 shall be included in the order, judgment or other declaration establishing paternity.
