Ohio Revised Code Title XXXVII. Health Safety Morals § 3706.65

(A) For the purpose of carrying out the Ohio air quality development authority's duties under sections 3706.40 to 3706.63 of the Revised Code, the authority may make use of the staff and experts employed at the public utilities commission in such manner as is provided by mutual arrangement between the authority and the commission. Any information, data, and equipment of the commission shall be placed at the disposal of the authority.

(B) If any information, data, or equipment is not a public record for purposes of section 149.43 of the Revised Code because either the authority or the commission possesses that information, data, or equipment, then the operation of division (A) of this section shall not be construed to render that information, data, or equipment a public record, notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code to the contrary.
