Ohio Revised Code Title XXXIX. Insurance § 3902.60

1 Three conflicting versions of RC 3902.50 and RC 3902.51 were enacted by 2020 H 388, eff. 4-12-21, 2020 S 263, eff. 4-12-21, and 2020 S 252, eff. 3-24-21. RC 3902.50 and RC 3902.51 from 2020 S 252 were subsequently renumbered RC 3902.60 and RC 3902.61 by the Legislative Service Commission. RC 3902.50 and RC 3902.51 from 2020 S 263 were subsequently renumbered RC 3902.70 and RC 3902.71 by the Legislative Service Commission. Consequently, “sections 3902.60 and 3902.61 of the Revised Code” appeared as “sections 3902.50 and 3902.51 of the Revised Code” in 2020 S 252, but was subsequently changed by the Legislative Service Commission.
