Ohio Revised Code Title XXXIII. Education Libraries § 3319.263

Beginning on the first day of July succeeding the effective date of this section and for only five years thereafter, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 3319.26 of the Revised Code or any rule of the state board of education adopted under that section, the state board and the department of education shall not limit the subject areas for which an individual may receive an alternative resident educator license issued under that section.
