(A) As used in this section, “digital learning” has the same meaning as in section 3301.079 of the Revised Code.
(B) The department of education and workforce shall permit each career-technical education program approved under section 3317.161 of the Revised Code to provide remote or digital learning opportunities to students on a full-time or hybrid basis to the extent practicable.
