Ohio Revised Code Title XXXIII. Education Libraries § 3313.6017

Nothing in this act  1 shall be construed to limit the ability of a school district or public or nonpublic school to offer academic content based on the standards adopted under division (A)(1)(b) of section 3301.079 of the Revised Code and the academic content required under division (M) of section 3313.603 of the Revised Code through summer school, online, or any other method of education offered by the district or school.
