Ohio Revised Code Title XXXIII. Education Libraries § 3310.036

If a student is eligible for an educational choice scholarship under section 3310.03 of the Revised Code for a school year as of the first day of February prior to that school year, that student's eligibility for a scholarship for that school year shall not change solely because, after the first day of February, the department of education changes the internal retrieval number of the school building in which the student is enrolled or would otherwise be assigned.
