(A) As used in this section, “OhioMeansJobs web site” has the same meaning as in section 6301.01 of the Revised Code.
(B) Each eligible individual receiving vocational rehabilitation services provided under section 3304.17 of the Revised Code shall create an account with the OhioMeansJobs web site upon initiation of a job search as a part of receiving those vocational rehabilitation services.
(C) Division (B) of this section does not apply to any eligible individual with a disability who is legally prohibited from using a computer, has a physical or visual impairment that makes the eligible individual with a disability unable to use a computer, or has a limited ability to read, write, speak, or understand a language in which the OhioMeansJobs web site is available.
