Ohio Revised Code Title XXXI. Domestic Relations Children § 3113.13

When a person is imprisoned in a workhouse or state correctional institution under sections 3113.01 1 to 3113.14 of the Revised Code, the name and post-office address of the trustee appointed by the court of common pleas under sections 3113.04 and 3113.07 of the Revised Code shall appear in the mittimus.

1 Sections 3113.01 to 3113.03 were repealed by 1972 H 511, eff. 1-1-74; see now 2919.21 et seq. for provisions analogous to former 3113.01 to 3113.03.
