The supreme court may hold special or adjourned terms at such times and places as a majority of the judges determines. If a special term is held elsewhere than at Columbus, thirty days' notice of the time and place thereof must be given by publication in the newspaper 1 published in Columbus. The court may make necessary orders for the return of process and the transmission of papers and files of the court to and from the place of holding a special term.
