The attorney general, by rule adopted pursuant to section 111.15 of the Revised Code, shall establish a standard contract to be used by a charitable instant bingo organization, a veteran's organization, a fraternal organization, or a sporting organization for the conduct of instant bingo, electronic instant bingo, or both other than at a bingo session under a type III license issued under section 2915.08 of the Revised Code. The terms of the contract shall be limited to the provisions in Chapter 2915. of the Revised Code.
