As used in this chapter:
(A) “Certified mental health assistant” means an individual who, under physician supervision, provides mental health care by engaging in any of the activities authorized under section 4772.09 of the Revised Code.
(B) “Controlled substance” has the same meaning as in section 3719.01 of the Revised Code.
(C) “Drug database” means the database established and maintained by the state board of pharmacy pursuant to section 4729.75 of the Revised Code.
(D) “Medication-assisted treatment” has the same meaning as in section 340.01 of the Revised Code.
(E) “Physician” means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
