Every operator of a nursing home shall report to the board of executives of long-term services and supports the name and license number of each licensed nursing home administrator who practices nursing home administration at the nursing home not later than ten days after the following dates:
(A) The date the licensed nursing home administrator begins to practice nursing home administration at the nursing home;
(B) The date the licensed nursing home administrator ceases to practice nursing home administration at the nursing home.
