Ohio Revised Code Title XLVII. Occupations Professions § 4751.03

There is hereby created in the state treasury the board of executives of long-term services and supports fund. The fund shall consist of the amounts the board of executives of long-term services and supports collects under this chapter as fees, civil penalties, and fines. The board shall use the money in the fund to administer and enforce this chapter and the rules adopted under section 4751.04 of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
