The state medical board, by an affirmative vote of not fewer than six members, may limit, suspend, or revoke a license to practice podiatric medicine and surgery, refuse to issue a license to an applicant, refuse to reinstate a license, or reprimand or place on probation the holder of a license for violations of section 4731.22 or sections 4731.51 to 4731.60 of the Revised Code.
This section does not preclude the application to, or limit the operation or effect upon, podiatrists of other sections of this chapter.
