Ohio Revised Code Title LV. Roads Highways Bridges § 5534.808

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number seventy-eight, running in an easterly and westerly direction from the border of Monroe and Noble counties to the intersection of that route and state route number twenty-six within Monroe county, shall be known as the “Sgt. Herman Zerger Highway.”

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
