That portion of the road known as state route number one hundred forty-six, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the intersection of that route and Musselman drive and the intersection of state route number one hundred forty-six and Shannon valley road, in Muskingum county, shall be known as “Deputy Sheriff Robert M. Tanner, Jr. Memorial Highway.”
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
