(A) Whenever the governor determines that the organized militia may lawfully be called to duty under section 5923.21 of the Revised Code, the governor may order any unit of the organized militia, or any part or individual of the organized militia, to state active duty to aid civil authorities.
(B) The orders issued by the adjutant general on behalf of the governor shall specify the individuals, units, or parts of the organized militia ordered to state active duty, the estimated duration of the duty, and the place and time of reporting.
(C) No member of the organized militia ordered to state active duty pursuant to this section shall fail to obey such an order.
