Ohio Revised Code Title LI. Public Welfare § 5103.031

Except as provided in section 5103.033 of the Revised Code, the department of job and family services may not issue a certificate under section 5103.03 of the Revised Code to a foster home unless the prospective foster caregiver successfully completes preplacement training through a preplacement training program approved by the department of job and family services under section 5103.038 of the Revised Code or preplacement training provided under division (B) of section 5103.30 of the Revised Code.
