Ohio Revised Code Title IX. Agriculture Animals Fences § 917.23

(1) In the case of manufacture milk that is stored in cans on the manufacture milk producer's farm, cool the milk to and store it at a temperature of sixty degrees fahrenheit [sic.], sixteen degrees celsius [sic.], or lower within two hours after completion of the milking;

(2) In the case of all other manufacture milk that is stored on the manufacture milk producer's farm, cool the milk and store it in accordance with rules adopted by the director of agriculture pursuant to section 917.02 of the Revised Code.
