As soon as sufficient funds are in the county treasury to redeem the warrants drawn on the treasury, and on which interest is accruing, the county treasurer shall give notice that the treasurer is ready to redeem such warrants, and from the date of the notice the interest on such warrants shall cease. The notice shall be given using at least one of the following methods:
(A) In the print or digital edition of a newspaper of general circulation in the county;
(B) On the official public notice web site established under section 125.182 of the Revised Code;
(C) On the web site and social media account of the county.
