(A) A sunset review committee, not later than sixty days after its first meeting, shall schedule for review each agency in existence on the first day of January in the first year of the general assembly, and that also is scheduled to expire at the end of the thirty-first day of December in the second year of that general assembly.
(B) The chairperson of the committee shall send a copy of the schedule for review of agencies for each regular session of the general assembly to each of the agencies scheduled for review during that session and to the director of the legislative service commission. The director shall publish a copy of the schedule in the register of Ohio. The commission shall provide the committee with a list of agencies described in division (A) of this section, to assist the committee in identifying agencies and in exercising its duties under sections 101.82 to 101.87 of the Revised Code with respect to those agencies.
