(A) As used in this section, “state agency” means the house of representatives, the senate, the governor, the secretary of state, the auditor of state, the treasurer of state, the attorney general, the department of job and family services, the department of commerce, the department of developmental disabilities, the department of education and workforce, the department of health, the department of aging, the department of children and youth, the governor's office of advocacy for disabled persons, and the civil rights commission.
(B) Each state agency shall install in its offices at least one teletypewriter designed to receive printed messages from and transmit printed messages to deaf or hearing-impaired persons.
