New York Consolidated Laws, Workers' Compensation Law - WKC § 110-b. Reporting of injuries to employer

Every farm labor contractor, foreman or supervisor of farm laborers who has notice of any injury to a farm laborer incurred during the course of employment shall be required to inform the employer, owner or operator of a farm of any such injury.
