1. All persons qualified to vote for town officers and who have been residents of the village for thirty days prior to such election may vote for such village officers.
2. The inspectors of election appointed by the village clerk shall conduct such election in the manner provided in this chapter for the election of village officers at an annual village election so far as practicable and shall be paid at the same rate as inspectors at the last preceding general election held in such territory.
