Jury terms shall be held as may from time to time be directed by statute, rule or order. The system for impaneling jurors shall be as provided by law in the particular county or municipality or, if such is not provided for, as may be provided for the supreme court of the county. Jurors may be impaneled in village courts from the list of jurors used in the town court of the town in which the village is situated. In the case of a village situated in more than one town, jurors may be impaneled from a list which combines the names of all jurors used in the town courts in each of the towns in which the village is situated. The fees of jurors shall be as provided by article sixteen of the judiciary law.
