Any two or more domestic freight terminal corporations may merge or consolidate with each other, and any such corporation may merge or consolidate with any other domestic corporation formed for the purpose of engaging in any business in which a domestic freight terminal corporation may engage, in accordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in article nine of the business corporation law.
