A freight terminal corporation is a corporation organized to supply, maintain and operate freight terminal facilities--including docks, wharves, bulkheads, basins, tugs, floats, lighters and other shipping, and wharfage and lighterage for the receipt, delivery, storage or handling of freight;  terminal warehousing, terminal ways, terminal stations and stores;  and terminal factory and show room facilities, including power, heat, light and machinery.
