In addition to any public notice or publication requirements of any other general, special or local law, all public notices of the district, including, but not limited to, notices of public meetings and hearings, whether pursuant to this chapter or any other general, special or local law, shall be posted in a timely manner on the websites of the district and the town in which the district is located, if such websites are maintained. Copies of any reports of examination of the district performed by the state comptroller and reports of any external audit of district operations or any management letter prepared in conjunction with such external audit report, annual financial reports made pursuant to section thirty of the general municipal law, when a separate report on district finances is prepared pursuant to such section, and any other annual reports on district finances shall be posted in a timely manner on the websites of the district and the town in which the district is located, if such websites are maintained.
