New York Consolidated Laws, Tax Law - TAX § 1829. Violation of article twenty-A

Any wholesale dealer or retail dealer who violates any of the provisions of article twenty-A of this chapter may be prosecuted and upon conviction shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
