1. At any time during the administration of a trust and irrespective of the pendency of a particular proceeding, the court with jurisdiction of the trust may review the reasonableness of the costs of a delegation by the trustee under section 11-2.3 of the estates, powers and trusts law and under section 554 of the not-for-profit corporation law.
2. A proceeding may be instituted by petition of the trustee or any person interested in the trust. No accounting shall be required in such proceeding.
3. The court shall grant such relief as it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
4. The terms “trust” and “trustee” as used in this section are defined in section 11-2.3 of the estates, powers and trusts law.
