The attorney general shall make an annual report to the temporary president of the senate, speaker of the assembly, chair of the senate finance committee, chair of the assembly ways and means committee, chair of the senate health committee, and chair of the assembly health committee by April fifteenth of each year. Such report shall include the amount of monies recovered by the medicaid fraud control unit pursuant to the false claims act for the preceding calendar year.
