New York Consolidated Laws, Social Services Law - SOS § 38. Commission for the blind

The New York state commission for the blind shall continue to exercise and perform its duties, as prescribed by law, and the regulations of the office of children and family services subject to the supervision and control of the commissioner;  and such commission shall be a bureau of the office of children and family services.
