New York Consolidated Laws, Retirement and Social Security Law - RSS § 164. Payment of supplemental pensions

On or before the last day of each month, there shall be paid to each state retired employee and state retired teacher, from the supplemental pension fund, the monthly supplemental pension payment to which he may be entitled under the provisions of this article.
