If any trustee of such incorporated church declines to act, resigns or dies; or, having been a member of such church, ceases to be a member; or removes beyond the bounds of the circuit in which he is elected, his office shall be vacant and a special corporate meeting may be called to fill that vacancy until the next annual society meeting of such church when trustees are elected, at which meeting the vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term.
