1. All affidavits of filing, publication, posting, mailing or other acts required by this article shall be made by the person or persons performing such acts and shall be filed with the application for judgment. Such affidavits shall together with all other documents required by this article to be filed in the office of such county clerk, constitute and become a part of the judgment roll in such foreclosure proceeding.
2. An affidavit of publication required by this article shall be made in the manner an affidavit of publication of notice of sale is made pursuant to article fourteen of the real property actions and proceedings law.
